NetID

NetID accounts are used to log into on-campus computers connected to the AAMU network, and for certain other services. Users may reset and unlock NetID passwords themselves using the Password Management tool.

Overview

AAMU's NetID credentials are used to log into computers connected to the on-campus network (and for certain other services). All current students and employees at AAMU should have a NetID account and password. It is sometimes also referred to as a domain account.

Students, faculty, and staff have access to manage their own NetID password and account profiles anytime in the Password and Account Management Portal.

The Password and Account Management Portal will allow you to reset or change your NetID password, or unlock a NetID account that has been locked out due to too many failed log-in attempts. It can also be used to unlock Banner Self-Service accounts that have been locked due to too many failed log-in attempts.
